We recently had a late night flood and a friend recommended and called RAM Restoration on our behalf. The next morning, AJ and Cesar arrived bright and early and worked throughout the next few days until the clean-up, demolition and sanitizing was complete. They were professional, courteous, hard working, and kept us well informed of each step of the process. I can only hope the rebuild is as efficient as the clean up and demo. I would highly recommend this company for flood clean up.

On May 15, 2025 My home kitchen that I share with family, was damaged by a leaky drain pipe From the bathtub above. Len the plumber (Who did the pipe repairs) got A great small business In Ram Restoration. Due to insurance issues Originally Ram was to do all of the work in the kitchen restoration . However they ended up getting a work to put the cabinets in instead. They did a fantastic job. Throughout the 88 day process Brandon, Joe and Ayana with the main people that I dealt with at Ram Restoration. All of these people were highly professional and competent. I strongly recommend this company if you have Restoration work due to water damage that has to be fixed.

We had a sewage backup that affected two bathrooms, and RAM Restoration was outstanding. They responded quickly, explained every step clearly, and were incredibly well-organized throughout the process. I had some issues in my crawl space that I was dreading to have to deal with. My plumber recommended I contacted RAM and I couldn't be happier. Chris from RAM came out and inspected the crawl space and gave me a completely reasonable estimate. Chris's communication through the entire process was excellent; I always liked hearing from Chris. As for the work crew, Caesar and is crew were the best workers I've ever had in my home. They were respectful and thorough. I hope you never have damage to your home, but if you do I hope you get Chris and Caesar from RAM to get your home back to normal.

Irma and her crew did a fantastic job and treated my household goods as if they were their own. They should receive a solid 10! I want to add that Joe Sirk and his team did an amazing job restoring our house. They worked with us every step of the way. Joe went absolutely above and beyond. I've enclosed pictures but they really don't do the work justice. Hairy the Husky's pose does reflect the peace we feel in our home!

The packing team at RAM was efficient, respectful and knowledgeable. This made a difficult time for us easier. Above and beyond that, Irma, whom was the packing supervisor along with a helper, and spent two days at our house, was sympathetic and expressed empathy regarding our situation. RAM has been responsive and accessible as different phases of abatement and remediation continue. We chose RAM based upon reviews and we are glad we did.
