No, we are hired by and work for the property owners. We are a preferred vendor for many insurance carriers but our client is always the property owner.

No, we utilize a 3rd party estimating system recognized by insurance carriers and certified restoration companies as the benchmark standard for pricing.

How do you get paid?

As our client, you are ultimately responsible for paying for our services. We will provide clear documentation to assist you in receiving the payment from your insurance carrier.

Do you do remodeling?

No, we do not solicit or perform standalone remodeling projects. We often discuss changes to the restoration project with our clients and will perform additional non-insurance work for them but that is the limit of our remodeling.

Do I have to be here while the repairs are being performed?

No, we offer lock box services for workers to access the work areas
